A psychotherapy and assessment practice dedicated to helping you grow emotionally and spiritually, both deep and high.
Altus is a Latin adjective meaning both high and deep, matured and deep-rooted. Our practice is so named because we are dedicated to helping you to work through things that you are struggling with, but not just leaving it there: we want to help you flourish, to find depth, meaning, and joy.
